Le nombre de téléphones mobiles expédiés par Xiaomi a officiellement dépassé les 100 millions d’exemplaires cette année, atteignant ainsi les objectifs annuels !
Une annonce d’autant plus importante que la marque n’a vendu « que » 90 millions de téléphones en 2017 et visait les 100 millions pour fin décembre seulement.
Xiaomi accélère son développement à l’international
C’est un cap symbolique qui vient donc d’être franchi pour le constructeur et surtout pour ses investisseurs.
En effet le constructeur chinois souhaite marcher dans les pas de Huawei et accélérer son développement à l’international.
Ce plan de développement a déjà été initié avec l’ouverture de boutiques Xiaomi un peu partout de le monde, dont 2 Mi-Store cette année à Paris et en région parisienne.
Selon une récente étude de Counterpoint Research, le constructeur a même dépassé les ventes de smartphones Samsung en Inde, deuxième marché mondial derrière la Chine et devant les USA selon une autre étude de Canalys.
Relativisons tout de même ces chiffres, si le constructeur prévoit déjà une année 2018 exceptionnelle, il reste encore derrière Vivo, Oppo et Huawei, ce dernier visant 200 millions d’unités vendues d’ici la fin de l’année.
