The year was 1992, Shanghai was aflood with neon lights, seas of flowers, and bustling streets filled with cars and horses as people hurriedly rushed around. Abao, gift in hand, visited a retired writer. Still fueled with passion for writing, the elderly writer was in the midst of writing a novel. Curious, Abao asked about the contents, but the writer hadn't quite figured it out yet. It is here that our story starts.

Commander Cai betrayed Abao for the woman he loved, but Abao chose not to pursue due to Commander Cai's sacrifice. The suspect of Abao's accident was found.
