13, une jeune tueuse talentueuse, se voit écartée de son poste après avoir échoué à accomplir une mission.

Elle croise alors le chemin de Monji, un garçon dont la mère a été victime d'un syndicat criminel.

Lorsque Monji disparaît, 13 est déterminée à tout mettre en œuvre pour retrouver son unique ami… même si cela signifie trahir sa mentor et l'organisation qui l'emploie.
